The challenge
Four plants ran on three different systems plus spreadsheets. Stock visibility was a day old at best, job costing was reconstructed monthly, and certificates were retyped from production registers.
What we did
Rollout was phased one plant and one process at a time, starting with the plant that had the cleanest master data to establish a working template. BOM cleanup consumed more effort than configuration — as it usually does. Certificates now generate from the production record, removing retyping and the errors that came with it.
